Membership

 

Cross Creek offers several membership classifications to meet your individual and family needs.

• Resident (Golf membership included)

• Non-resident (Must own property within CC & full-time residence must be 75 miles or more from the club)

• Associate Golf Membership (No property ownership required)

• Social (CC property owners wishing not to play golf)

 

Monthly Fees

 

• Resident: $395.00

• Non-Resident: $310.00 (own property within CC but live more than 75 miles away)

• Associate: $395.00

• Social: $215.00

 

Additional Fees

• Property Owners are billed $175.00 quarterly for POA fees.

• All property owners pay $150.00 quarterly food minimum.

• Associate members pay $150.00 quarterly food minimum.

• There is a one-time transfer fee of $2,000.00 that is paid to Cross Creek by all new property owners at closing. Social members pay an additional $2,000.00 initiation fee.

• Associate Members must pay a one-time initiation fee after having their application approved by the Board of Directors. Please contact us to learn more about the initiation fees.
